3.3 Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
- We do not sell personal information for money
- We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16
- We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising
- Some state privacy laws (including California's CPRA and Texas's TDPSA) define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly enough to include disclosures to analytics providers — even when no money changes hands — because those providers may use the data for their own commercial purposes
- When you allow Google Analytics, we share online identifiers and usage data with Google. Google may use that data subject to its own privacy policy. We do not control Google's downstream use of that data
- To reduce risk: Google Analytics is opt-in only, ad personalization is disabled in our tag, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of both analytics collection and any potential "sharing" as defined by applicable state law
Your Opt-Out Rights — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents (CCPA/CPRA), Texas residents (TDPSA), and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, including any sharing with analytics providers that qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising" under state law.
To opt out:
- Select "Privacy choices" on the Platform to reject analytics cookies
- Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we will honor it automatically
- Email us at legal@coachcore.io with subject line "Do Not Sell or Share" and we will process your request within 15 business days
We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
3.4 For Legal Reasons
We may disclose information if required by law or in good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations (subpoenas, court orders)
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of CoachCore, users, or the public
- Investigate fraud, security issues, or Terms violations
3.5 Business Transfers
If CoachCore is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new entity. We will notify you before your information is subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain your information as long as your account is active
- Deleted Accounts: After you delete your account, we generally retain account data for 30 days to allow for account recovery and resolve disputes
- Financial and Legal Records: We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records longer when required or permitted by law
- Backups: Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period until backups rotate out of active use
- Analytics: Analytics information is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings and is used in aggregate reporting where practical

5.4 Analytics Opt-Out and Browser Signals

- You can reject or allow Google Analytics through the "Privacy choices" control on the Platform at any time

California residents may also submit requests by emailing legal@coachcore.io — we do not maintain a toll-free number at this time. California residents with questions about our CCPA practices may contact the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) at cppa.ca.gov.
Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division at texasattorneygeneral.gov if we deny an appeal.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption: Passwords are encrypted; data is transmitted over HTTPS
- Access Controls: Limited employee access to personal data
- Regular Security Audits: We review and update security practices
- Third-Party Security: We vet service providers for security compliance
However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
7. Data Breach Notification

We will also notify applicable state authorities as required by law. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at legal@coachcore.io.
8. International Data Transfers
